Terms of Service

1. What we do

RightHiring AI is a marketplace that uses AI to connect job seekers with employers hiring for remote roles. We are a neutral venue — we are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency, and we are not a party to any employment or contractor relationship formed between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Job seekers

• Creating a profile and uploading your résumé is free.
• You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
• You grant RightHiring a non-exclusive license to display your profile to employers and to reveal your contact details and résumé to an employer who unlocks your profile.
• We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or employment.

5. Employers

• You may use unlocked contact details and résumés solely for legitimate hiring purposes.
• You must not scrape, resell, redistribute, or use candidate data for spam or any unlawful purpose.
• You must comply with all applicable anti-discrimination and employment laws.
• Paid features (e.g. an unlock fee) may be introduced; any fees will be disclosed before you incur them. Access is currently provided free of charge.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting false or unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to breach security, scraping data, or interfering with the service.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by RightHiring and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you submit.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that candidates, employers, listings, or matches are accurate, suitable, or lawful, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user or the outcome of any hiring interaction.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightHiring will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RightHiring harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in India.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
